This Small Tool Tracking application allows users to create a list of tools with associated information such as description, purchase date, purchase amount, warranty, vendor, manufacturer, and notes. The tools can be classified by user-defined tool classes. Users can also create a list of employees, job sites, trucks, or tool boxes responsible for the care of the tools. The application allows users to check out tools to employees, associating the tool with the employee on the checkout date. Reports can be generated to show tools by tool class and individual tool, to find out where the tools are assigned, and to identify a list of tools an employee is responsible for. Finally, a complete checkout activity report can be generated.
